Unusual Camera Angle: Brushing Teeth Inside Mouth View

This woman brushing his teeth in front of a bathroom mirror, viewed from an impossible non-human camera angle placed inside his open mouth. The camera sits at the back of the mouth just above the tongue facing outward between the teeth, with wet gums, enamel surfaces, inner cheeks, and rows of teeth dominating the foreground and naturally framing the scene like a tunnel or portal. The woman brushing his teeth while looking into the mirror is revealed in the background through the opening. Extreme macro realism, photorealistic textures, cinematic lighting, shallow depth of field, unusual scale contrast, subtle perspective distortion, rare angle never normally seen by the human eye.
